Türksat also provides all kinds of temporary national and international broadcast transmission services via the broadcast transmission infrastructure it has.

Turkey, located in-between two out of the three ocean regions (Atlantic and Indian) after the separation of the globe into three oceanic regions in global satellite communication, is included within the coverage areas of satellites in both regions. Hence, our stations are capable of using a significant portion of the satellites belonging to other satellite operators. Temporary broadcast services are offered in line with the domestic and overseas requests in cases where need for temporary broadcast arises, mainly being overseas.

Thanks to the existing wide antenna and uplink stations in our campus, we can receive broadcasts from the satellites of other satellite operator and transmit them to other satellites or deliver them to users via the terrestrial infrastructure. These lines may b either fiber optical lines or a second satellite uplink chain.
