Türksat, which provides turnkey software project services in order to meet the e-Transformation needs of public institutions, continues its project management trainings during the pandemic.
Before the start of projects, that are cooperatively worked on together with public institutions, a training program prepared in accordance to PMI (Project Management Institute) standards is applied. Within the scope of the program, not only is the importance of project management emphasized, it also aims to have a joint language spoken amongst stakeholders and have a healthier project management process be carried out.
As part of the Integrated Information Management System Project signed with the Turkish Grain Board (TMO), a videoconference was realized on 20-22 April 2020. During the training given by Project Manager Lale Karadeniz of Türksat’s IT Business Development and Project Management Directorate, the project management processes in regards to the content of PMBOK 6 were explained to the participants and critical issues in project management were addressed.
