Microsoft Technology Summit, with the “Trusted Technology Partner of Public Institutions” theme, took place on 7 March 2018 at Ankara JW Marriot Hotel.
Within the context of the summit, while artificial intelligence under the heading of digital transition of public institutions, cloud computing, the internet of objects and new technologies were discussed by officials who are experts in their field, topics of strategic importance for Turkey like software technologies, cyber security, the protection of personal information and coding were discussed as well.
At the event where Dr. Ömer Fatih Sayan, President of Information and Communication Technologies (BTK) and Prof. Dr. Faruk Bilir, President of the Personal Data Protection Authority, each gave a speech, Türksat CEO, Cenk Şen moderated the “Administrators of Public Institutions Agenda: Digital Transformation and Cyber Security.” Deputy Undersecretary for the Ministry of National Education, Associate Professor Dr. Mustafa Hilmi Çolakoğlu and Microsoft General Manager, Murat Kansu took part in the panel.
