With the newly launched “My e-Notifications” service on the e-Devlet Gateway, all electronic notifications sent by the Social Security Institution, Revenue Administration, and PTT UETS have been gathered on a single screen. Citizens have begun to access all their e-notifications quickly, securely, and easily through the e-Devlet Gateway without having to log into different systems separately. With the new service, the delivery of electronic notifications to citizens has been secured.
The e-Devlet Gateway, operated by Türksat, which leads Türkiye’s digital transformation, has implemented a new application to facilitate citizens’ access to public services. With the “My e-Notifications” application put into service on the e-Devlet Gateway, citizens can now view electronic notifications belonging to different institutions securely and rapidly from a single screen. The new system has gathered all electronic notifications sent via the Social Security Institution (SGK), Revenue Administration (GİB), and PTT National Electronic Notification System (UETS) under the e-Devlet Gateway.

With electronic notifications gathered on a single screen, citizens can now view their electronic notifications on the same interface without searching through different systems. In this way, both time loss was prevented and the delivery of critical e-notifications that could be overlooked was secured. While the new application increases security in all citizen transactions, bureaucratic procedures have been simplified thanks to access from a single center. With the “My e-Notifications” service, users have begun to query their e-notifications quickly and securely through the e-Devlet Gateway without being directed to different institutions’ websites. Now, millions of users will be able to manage their official communication processes with public institutions from a single center.
