Türksat took its place at the BTK Experience Center and Museum, which was established by the Information Technologies and Communication Authority (ICTA).
The opening ceremony was held on 3 May 2017. ICTA President Ömer Fatih Sayan, Deputy Undersecretary of the Ministry of Transportation Galip Zerey and Şaban Atlas, PTT General Manager Kenan Bozgeyik, Türksat Domestic Regulation Director Fatih Geredeli, Satellite Services Corporate Solutions Director Süleyman Kuzu and many other domestic and foreign experts in the field attended the event.
At the Experience Center and Museum, cable and satellite services are being introduced at Türksat’s stand. In addition, visitors are exhibiting the Türksatnet terminal and e-Government Portal kiosk.
The aim of the center, which has stands belonging to domestic and foreign technological companies, is to bring the past and future together in the field of information and communication, experience new technologies, raise information technologies awareness amongst the targeted audience of children and youth.
