YİMER Project receives “Most Liked Multi-lingual Contact Center Award”

In the year 2015 Türksat established YİMER (Communication Center for Foreigners) Alo 157 for the  Directorate General of Migration Management and ever since that day it has been operating it. This year at the 2017 European Contact Center and Customer Services Awards, where the most prestigious names and projects from 17 countries participated, by advancing to the finals YİMER received the Judges' Special Award and the Most Liked Multi-lingual Contact Center Award.

At the award ceremony held on November 28, 2017 in London, a speech and presentation was given by the president of the European Confederation of Contact Centre Organizations and Chief Executive of the Call Centre Management Association, Ann-Marie Stagg for the prize that Türksat received.

Türksat IT Contract Management and Fiscal Control Director Ahmet Aslanpınar said the following in regards to the award:

 “While they were announcing our award, all the attendees who were listening to the speech, the guests who were witnesses, having them stand and applaud us for minutes once our name was announced, was an important indication of how much we were doing right thing and the success we have achieved was also recognized by all of the executives of European call centers.”
