One-Stop Broadcasting Ease

Türksat General Manager Hasan Hüseyin Ertok stated that this cooperation agreement signed between Türksat, one of the world's leading satellite operators with 5 GEO communication satellites operated in three different orbits, and Digiturk, one of Turkey's largest broadcasting platforms, is a very important one for the broadcasting industry in Turkey. He said he believed it was a step. Ertok said, “With this contract, which we value, Digiturk broadcasts, which are transferred to the satellites we operate in our 42 East locations, will strengthen the TV broadcasting in our country and allow the audience to watch broadcasts from a single point. I would like to thank all the managers and employees of Digiturk, who successfully managed the transfer of broadcasts from a different satellite operator to Türksat, as well as my teammates at Türksat. I wish this step taken will be beneficial for our country and both institutions.”

Thanks to the strategic cooperation agreement signed with Digiturk, which aims to provide higher quality and uninterrupted digital broadcasting services, users will now experience the difference of Türksat only through Türksat satellites. Within the scope of the agreement, Digiturk broadcasts will be carried out only over the satellites of Türksat, Turkey's national communication satellite operator, as of November 15, 2022.
