At the A.L.F.A. Awards, which was organized with “online complaint management” in mind and was the first of its kind in Turkey to focus mainly on experience management, Türksat was given first place for the company that best manages online complaints in the “digital platform” category.

In Istanbul on May 23rd 2016, as part of the collaboration between Marketing Turkey journal, sikayetvar.com and Method Research, this year the first competition held of its kind, Türksat took second place with its Uydunet brand in the “service provider” category.

At the ceremony professional brands that manage customer experiences competed with each other, more than 250 brands which operate in 10 different sectors competed with each other to be named as the company that manages consumer complaints the best way. In the competition candidates were evaluated based on their sector, 15 brands that managed online complaints the best way possible were given first place prize.
