Dr. Selman Demirel, Deputy General Manager of Satellite Services at Türksat AŞ, stated that they participated in CABSAT 2023, the largest satellite and broadcasting event in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, and said: "With our new satellites Türksat 5A and Türksat 5B, we have increased our power and marketing activities in the region. With the power of our satellites, our cooperation in the region has also increased significantly."

Türksat AŞ participated in "CABSAT 2023", the Middle East's largest satellite services and broadcasting organisation, held in Dubai on May 16-18. Entering the Middle East and North Africa market much stronger with Türksat 5A and Türksat 5B, Türksat is increasing its market share in the countries in the region.

 

-Turksat Increased Marketing Activities in the MENA Region

Dr. Selman Demirel, Deputy General Manager of Türksat Satellite Services, stated that Türksat participated strongly in the CABSAT 2023 event and said, "As Türksat, we are able to provide services covering many geographies with our existing satellites. With our new satellites Türksat 5A and Türksat 5B, we have increased our power and marketing activities in the region. Especially in Africa and the MENA region, we are now able to provide very high speed data services with Türksat 5B. We can say that CABSAT 2023 is the heart of this geography, especially in and around Africa. All our stakeholders and customers took part in this event. With the power of our satellites, our co-operations in the region have also increased significantly."

 

-Regional Cooperation Increased

Kazım Efendioğlu, Türksat Satellite Business Development and Marketing Director, emphasised that with the commissioning of the Türksat 5B satellite, internet and data services have started to be provided in many countries in the Middle East MENA region, and said, "Our regional collaborations have increased in this context. At the same time, we are evaluating co-operations with many companies for television broadcasting via our other satellites at this event."

 

Türksat AŞ also showcased Türksat's national antenna family PeycON's HydrON, TerrON, MicrON and AerON antennas at "CABSAT 2023", a 3-day satellite services and broadcasting organisation that started on 16 May in Dubai.
